This role is for a Part-Time Registered Nurse or LPN at a new rehab hospital in Northwest Reno, focusing on acute rehabilitation and adult behavioral health services.
Responsibilities
- Assess psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Coordinate interdisciplinary treatment
- Conduct hourly rounds to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with patients and families
- Follow communication protocols to minimize risks during care transitions
Requirements
- Active Nevada nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred experience in acute care
