About the role
We are seeking a Rehab Nurse (Registered Nurse or LPN) for a part-time, night shift position in a specialized acute rehab hospital.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care by assessing psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and cultural needs
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts
- Ensure safety through regular hourly rounds
- Engage patients and families in care planning
- Facilitate effective communication during care transitions
Requirements
- Current Nevada nursing license
- Graduation from an accredited RN or LPN/LVN program
- BLS certification
Experience in acute care is preferred.
