About the role

Part-time Registered Nurse or LPN position in a new acute rehab hospital, offering night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and diversity needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and discharge planning
• Perform hourly rounds to enhance safety and communication
• Collaborate with patients and families to meet their needs
• Utilize SBAR communication practices to ensure safe transitions of care

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited RN or LPN program
• Current Nevada nursing license
• Current BLS certification
• Preferred experience in an acute care setting
