Registered Nurse / LPN - Part Time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse or LPN for a part-time night shift role at a new rehabilitation hospital. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, safety, and effective communication using SBAR protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care
• Conduct hourly rounds to ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with patients and families to address their psychosocial, emotional, and physical needs
• Assess patient needs and execute care plans
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ensure a safe, compassionate environment for adult patients in recovery or behavioral health

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing or LPN/LVN program
• Current Nevada nursing license
• BLS certification

Qualifications

Preferred experience in an acute care setting.
