About the role

Part-Time Registered Nurse or LPN position at a new rehabilitation hospital offering acute rehabilitation and adult behavioral health services in Northwest Reno.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family psychosocial, emotional, and cultural needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, treatment, and discharge plans
• Conduct purposeful hourly rounds to ensure safety and comfort
• Collaborate with patients and care partners to address physical, psychological, and spiritual needs
• Follow communication protocols like SBAR to ensure safe handoffs

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program
• Current Nevada license
• Current BLS certification
• Preferably, one year of acute care experience
