Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery - Days

Position: Registered Nurse in Level 2E Labor and Delivery unit, providing specialized maternal care in Elmhurst, IL. Responsibilities Deliver professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policies.Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan/evaluate care.Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with the healthcare team.Float to mother-baby units as needed, ensuring comprehensive patient support. Qualifications & Skills Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree required within five years if only an Associate Degree.Current Illinois RN licensure.Certifications: CPR, ACLS, C-EFM, and NRP (within specified timeframes).Preferred experience in Labor & Delivery nursing.
