About the role

Provides specialized nursing care within the Labor and Delivery Float Pool, ensuring coordinated patient care and adherence to physician and nursing orders.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans and documenting patient conditions.
• Serving as a primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines for seamless care delivery.
• Assessing discharge planning needs and collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or recognized multi-state license.
• Required certifications include BLS, Advanced Life Support, and Neonatal Resuscitation obtained within specified timeframes.

Skills
