Role: Labor and Delivery Float Nurse Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence-based care across multiple L&D units within the network.Support labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.Monitor maternal-fetal status and administer medications.Assist with procedures and respond to emergencies promptly.Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure safe, patient-centered care.Maintain clear communication with families during high-acuity and emotionally sensitive situations.
