Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Float

This role is located in Nashville, TN at Saint Thomas Midtown and Rutherford Department: Labor and Delivery. It operates as a float pool schedule, available nights and per request (PRN).

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts
• Carry out physician and nursing orders
• Aid with discharge planning

Requirements

• Advanced Life Support (ALS) and BLS certifications within specified timeframes
• Neonatal Resuscitation certification from AAP within 6 months of hire
• RN licensure from the Tennessee Board or a multi-state license prior to starting

Preferred

• 1+ year of Labor and Delivery experience
