Registered Nurse – Intermediate Care – Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and barriers.

Qualifications

• RN license with a nursing diploma, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for higher degrees.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
