Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview: The Staff Nurse provides high-level, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age-appropriate care.Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and team members to promote understanding and a therapeutic environment.Ensure accurate documentation and safe medication and IV administration.Support hospital standards, policies, and safety protocols.Take initiative for professional development and performance accountability. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.Valid nursing license in the state of practice.Current Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications as required.Minimum of 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency.Knowledge of hospital policies, nursing standards, and confidentiality.Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
