About the Role
Full-time Registered Nurse position in the ICU, 36 hours per week with rotating day and night shifts including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations.
- Utilize the nursing process for planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Take responsibility for patient outcomes and clinical decision-making.
- Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Contribute to a safe, high-quality patient experience.
Requirements
- Current Illinois nursing license.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- At least 1 year of hospital experience.
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
