Position Overview: This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The nurse operates within organizational policies and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. Key Responsibilities Delivering high-quality nursing care and maintaining practice standards.Coordinating patient care activities among staff to ensure optimal outcomes.Adhering to policies and procedures of the organization.Supporting a collaborative team environment and professional development. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred.New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred, including at least 1 year for PRN roles.Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license (required).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).Additional certifications in specialty areas are advantageous.
