Registered Nurse - ICU - Days

Position: RN - ICU, located in Highland Park, IL, with full-time hours (36/week) on day shifts (7am-7:30pm) with rotating weekends. No travel required. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Maintain regulatory compliance, assume accountability for care outcomes, and guide unlicensed staff to ensure high-quality, safe patient experiences. Qualifications: Current IL nursing licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1-year hospital nursing experience preferred. BSN degree is preferred. Skills: Strong clinical judgment, leadership in directing care, and commitment to safety and quality improvement. Key Duties Deliver patient-centered nursing care across all departments.Coordinate with team members to meet patient needs.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Mentor and supervise unlicensed nursing personnel.Contribute to safety initiatives and enhance patient satisfaction.
