About the Role
Part-time Registered Nurse position in the ICU, working 24 hours per week with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, including rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations.
- Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Assume responsibility for patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Supervise unlicensed staff and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Promote a culture of safety and high-quality care.
Requirements
- Current Illinois nursing license.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-year hospital experience preferred.
