Registered Nurse - ICU - Days

Position: RN - ICU, located in Highland Park, IL. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Ensure regulatory compliance, take responsibility for care outcomes, guide unlicensed staff, and promote safety and high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications: Current IL nursing license, BLS/CPR certification, with preferred BSN degree and at least one year of hospital nursing experience. Skills: Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication abilities to coordinate care and supervise staff effectively.
