Registered Nurse - ICU - Days

Role Overview: This position is for an RN - ICU providing specialized nursing care in a high-acuity setting. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading unlicensed staff to ensure high-quality, safe patient outcomes. Qualifications require current professional Nursing Licensure in IL, BLS/CPR certification, with a preferred BSN degree and at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience. Key duties involve delivering comprehensive care across diverse patient populations and contributing to safety and quality initiatives. Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $55.80 hourly, with a minimum increase to $37.25.
