A pediatric home health registered nurse provides dedicated, one-on-one care to pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home setting, focusing on building consistent relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care with autonomy
• Follow clear care plans and physician orders
• Utilize clinical judgment in a calm environment
• Support high-acuity care through training and competency development
• Collaborate with respiratory therapists and the care team

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Colorado RN license
• Active BLS CPR card (in-person)
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent management
• TB testing compliance
