About the Role

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pediatric Home Health provides focused, one-on-one care in patients' homes, supporting pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care aligned with plans of care under RN oversight
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and support team
• Maintain safety and adhere to CDC guidelines during care delivery
• Utilize the employee portal for scheduling and communication

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania or Multistate LPN license
• TB test and BLS CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent management
