Registered Nurse (Homecare)

About the role

Provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes for children with high acuity needs. Focus on building consistent relationships with patients and families, delivering skilled nursing with autonomy and clinical confidence in a calm environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, follow care plans and physician orders
• Ensure safety with PPE and support high-acuity care
• Utilize an easy-to-use portal for scheduling
• Connect with clinical support
• Maintain safety protocols

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Colorado RN license
• Current BLS CPR card
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, vent, and TB testing
• Strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and communication skills are essential
