Registered Nurse (Homecare)

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatric Home Health Role Overview: Provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes for children with high acuity needs. Focus on building consistent relationships with patients and families, delivering skilled nursing with autonomy and clinical confidence in a calm environment. Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, follow care plans and physician orders, ensure safety with PPE, and support high-acuity care. Utilize an easy-to-use portal for scheduling, connect with clinical support, and maintain safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills: Active Colorado RN license, current BLS CPR card, experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, vent, and TB testing. Strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and communication skills are essential.
