Registered Nurse (Homecare)

About the Role

Provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, focusing on pediatric patients with high acuity needs. Build consistent relationships with children and families, ensuring continuity of care and utilizing clinical judgment confidently.

Responsibilities

• Manage behavioral health needs, providing redirection and creating a supportive environment.
• Follow clear care plans and physician orders.
• Ensure safety and compliance with CDC guidelines, including PPE use.
• Support high-acuity care with training and mentorship from respiratory therapists.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania RN or Multistate License
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person certification)
• TB Skin or Blood Test (PPD/QF)
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, vent management
• Confidence in managing behavioral health and creating a structured environment
