Registered Nurse (Homecare)

About the role

Join a specialized pediatric home health nursing team focused on one-on-one patient care, with a focus on autonomy, continuity of care, and clinical support to ensure nurse success and patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Providing dedicated nursing care to pediatric patients with high acuity needs in their homes
• Building consistent relationships with children and families
• Utilizing clinical judgment in a calm, controlled environment
• Supporting high-acuity care with physician-approved care plans and clear instructions

Qualifications and Skills

• Current active Florida RN license
• Current BLS CPR certification (in-person required)
• Experience with G-tube, trach, vent, or willingness to train
• TB test (Skin or Blood) and Alzheimer's training (free if needed)
