Registered Nurse - GI - Days

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides safe, compassionate care across diverse patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. They collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered nursing care, ensuring safety and quality standards.Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to implement care plans.Float to various hospitals as needed, supporting different departments.Participate in on-call shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current IL RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association).Experience in Critical Care, Emergency, or Medical-Surgical with telemetry preferred.
