About the role

Provide safe, compassionate care across patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
• Participate in patient care planning and evaluation
• Provide care in various hospital settings, with ability to float as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
• Current Illinois RN license
• CPR (BLS & ACLS) certification
• Experience in Critical Care, Emergency, Medical Surgical, or telemetry monitoring highly preferred
