Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides safe, compassionate nursing care across diverse patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. They collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians and other clinicians, to ensure optimal patient outcomes and seamless continuity of care. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective treatment and patient management.Float between hospitals as needed, covering various shifts and on-call duties. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current IL RN license; CPR (BLS & ACLS) certified by the American Heart Association.Experience in Critical Care, Emergency, or Medical Surgical with telemetry is highly preferred.
