Registered Nurse - GI - Days

Position: Registered Nurse in Chicago, offering full-time employment with a 40-hour workweek plus call responsibilities. Key Duties Include Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process.Maintaining current competency and contributing to peer development.Integrating ethical standards and evidence-based practices into nursing care.Promoting safety and guiding staff in patient care delivery.Ensuring thorough, timely documentation and responding effectively to emergency situations.Providing supervision and support to nursing personnel.Performing related duties as needed. Qualifications And Skills Required Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Illinois RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.Preferably at least one year of relevant clinical experience, with familiarity in endoscopy, med/surg, or procedural areas.Effective communication skills and ability to guide colleagues.Reliable transportation for floating to different locations.
