Registered Nurse - General Trauma

Role: Responsible for leading holistic patient care in a general surgery and trauma setting, executing personalized care plans, and monitoring clinical conditions to ensure safe, evidence-based treatment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams as the primary care leader, facilitate seamless communication among specialties, advocate for patients by accurately translating physician orders into bedside actions, and assess/discharge patients to support smooth transitions home.
