About the Role
Registered Nurse providing holistic care to trauma and general surgery patients in a general care unit.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care and deliver direct nursing services
- Educate patients and families
- Facilitate transitions of care
- Support professional practice through leadership, mentorship, and quality improvement activities
- Implement, evaluate, and communicate nursing care plans
- Delegate tasks appropriately
- Participate in committees and projects
- Support a diverse patient population
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least one year of RN experience (new graduates may apply through a dedicated Nurse Residency Program)
- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
Pay
Compensation ranges from $43.84 to $66.84 per hour.
