About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Trauma to provide direct patient care in a dynamic clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and documenting findings
- Identifying deviations from normal and intervening appropriately
- Applying scientific clinical judgment for patient assessment, planning, and evaluation
- Developing and maintaining individualized care plans
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to support patient care
- Initiating interventions based on patient condition and care plans
- Performing related duties to ensure quality care delivery
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate’s degree in Nursing
- Valid Multi-State RN License or license from a Compact state
- American Heart Association BLS certification (within 7 days of hire)
- ACLS and NIHSS certifications required within orientation period
- Preferred experience: RN‑C or CCRN certification
