Registered Nurse - General Surgery, Part-Time

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Supervisor in Med Surg General Surgery Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, ensure professional accountability, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Supervise and support direct care staffAssess patient needs and deliver appropriate nursing interventionsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality careMaintain documentation and compliance with policies Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent RN license in the state or compact licensureBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationMinimum of 2 years patient care experiencePreferred: Supervisor experience, Bachelor’s degree in nursing Skills & Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasksProficiency in reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting
