Registered Nurse Surgery - Part-time

About the role

Valley View Hospital is a Level III trauma center with five state-of-the-art surgical suites offering Robotics (Exactech, Mako, Stealth, DaVinci), General, Eyes, Ortho, Brain/Spine, OB-GYN, ENT, Neuro, Plastics, Urology, Peds, and Ortho/Spine Trauma procedures.

The position involves rotating evening, night, and weekend call shifts.

Schedule

2–12-hour shifts per week, totaling 48 hours per pay period, with rotating weeknight and weekend call shifts.

Requirements

• Current Colorado RN license or ability to obtain
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Current ACLS Certification or obtained within 6 months of hire (AHA)
• 2 years intraoperative RN experience with routine surgical skills in circulating; scrub experience is a plus

Pay

• $46.75 – $70.13/hour (BSN)
• $44.95 – $67.42/hour (ADN)
• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience
• $2.25/hour evening shift differential for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00 pm–11:30 pm
• $4.00/hour night shift differential for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00 pm–7:30 am
• $4.25/hour weekend differential for 5 or more continuous hours between 7 pm Friday and 7 am Sunday
