About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) on a General Surgery inpatient unit, you will utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assess patient needs.
- Ensure quality care and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Uphold standards aligned with the organizational mission and values.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
- Valid RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Prior hospital experience preferred.
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Perform physical movements such as reaching, bending, and kneeling as needed.
Schedule
Part-time, night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM).
