Registered Nurse - General Med/Surg

About the role

The Registered Nurse leads the healthcare team by establishing authentic, personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. They collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support peaceful end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journey.
• Manage and deliver care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
• Serve as a responsible, authoritative, and accountable healthcare provider.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; a four-year/bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• One year of relevant nursing experience is preferred.

Skills

• Ability to reactivate or reinstate licensure with required coursework if license has been inactive for five or more years.
