Responsibilities

• Establishing personalized relationships with patients and support systems
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to promote health or support peaceful death
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion
• Maintaining accountability for care management

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state
• Preference for at least one year of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Reactivation or reinstatement of licensure may require completing a Board-approved refresher course if licensure has been inactive for five years or more
