About the role
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, providing patient care across various units including the Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, and Medical‑Surgical (Adults & Pediatrics). The role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver safe, compassionate care, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care using the nursing process across multiple units.
- Maintain patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Adapt to fast‑paced environments and varying unit assignments.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Active RN license in Missouri or a compact license.
- Preferred: 1+ year RN experience.
- Certifications: BLS (required within 30 days); ACLS and PALS as needed per assignment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform necessary movements throughout shifts.
