Registered Nurse - Full Time - Nights

About the role

Join a regional float pool as an experienced Registered Nurse, providing individualized care to adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on standards of practice.
• Float to various units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU, serving facilities within a designated region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations, enhancing clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact license.
• Minimum of one year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg, two years for ICU and other specialties.
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Certifications required: BLS; ACLS for critical care.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks essential to nursing.
