About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care across multiple facilities within a regional float pool.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on nursing standards.
- Float to various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU, serving diverse patient populations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state or with a compact license.
- Minimum of one year recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialty units.
- Certifications: BLS mandatory; ACLS for critical care.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 pounds), and assist with patient movements.
