About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic, Magnet-designated hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients holistically.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions.
- Educate patients and families.
- Ensure timely documentation in electronic medical records.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
- Exhibit leadership by motivating peers, mentoring new staff, and contributing to unit and system-wide councils.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS within 6 months for applicable units.
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to manage complex cardiovascular and critical care cases, including invasive lines and hemodynamic monitoring.
