Registered Nurse - Full Time - Nights

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care grounded in biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic patient assessments
• Diagnose patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Communicate care plans to patients, families, and the care team
• Implement evidence-based nursing interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Prioritize patient safety and risk management
• Provide patient and family education on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust plans as needed
• Accurately document all nursing activities and patient responses
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring peers and supporting professional development

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ACLS certification within 6 months for certain units (if applicable)
• Ability to deliver culturally and age-appropriate care
• BSN required within five years if hired after January 2010
