Registered Nurse - Full Time, Night

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by others. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with standards and mission.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements.
• Perform duties that include lifting, standing, walking, and physical movements as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license for the state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, and others may be required based on the unit.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform extended standing and walking.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with organizational standards.
