Registered Nurse - Full Time, Night

Role Overview

Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. Coordinate care with other departments and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license for the state or compact licensure, with all state board requirements met
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, or other unit-specific credentials may be required based on the department

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
• Maintain professional accountability and uphold standards aligned with organizational values
• Assess patient needs and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure patient safety, rights, and confidentiality are protected
• Perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, walking, and various physical movements
