About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care with other departments
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire

Skills & Certifications

• May require additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, or others based on the specific unit
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements is essential
