About the Role
Provides patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, confidentiality, and adheres to organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the practicing state or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation, or other unit-specific credentials may be required or preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly.
- Prolonged standing and walking.
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
