Registered Nurse - Full Time - Days

About the role

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care in an inpatient psychiatric facility for adults, providing 24/7 nursing support, psychiatric evaluations, and individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, medical providers, social workers, and therapists. Ensure patient rights, confidentiality, and maintain professional accountability for care quality. Coordinate patient care across departments and evaluate the effectiveness of caregiving.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or valid compact licensure.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation period; other role-specific certifications as required.
