About the role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver individualized nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care, ensuring health maintenance, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resident care
- Conduct assessments
- Provide education to residents and families
- Serve as charge nurse if needed
- Delegate tasks appropriately
- Adhere to nursing standards and ethical practices
Requirements
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state (multistate licensure if applicable)
- Maintain required competencies and certifications
- Employment contingent upon passing a drug screen and background check
