Full-time role on the Medical/Telemetry Unit.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care.
- Conduct purposeful hourly rounds to enhance safety and communication.
- Collaborate with care partners to address educational and emotional needs.
- Utilize SBAR communication to ensure safe handoffs.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- At least one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
