Registered Nurse - Full Time Days

About the Role

This full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position is based in our Medical/Telemetry Unit, providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care on a day shift schedule with full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive care assessments that address psychosocial, spiritual, and diversity needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary approaches to patient care.
• Perform purposeful hourly rounds to enhance safety and communication.
• Collaborate with patients and families to meet their physical, emotional, and educational needs.
• Utilize SBAR communication for effective handoffs.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited RN program.
• Current Nevada RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least one year of acute care experience.

Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Patient advocacy.
• Adherence to safety protocols.
