Registered Nurse - Full Time Days

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care through the full nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans, ensuring comprehensive health maintenance, preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, providing guidance, and ensuring safe, effective resident care within the scope of nursing practice and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Preference for a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state or multistate licensure via NLC.
• Maintain necessary competencies and certifications.
