Registered Nurse - Full Time Days

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position on our Medical/Telemetry Unit. In this role, you will provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients and families
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, treatment, and discharge goals
• Perform hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and patient comfort
• Collaborate with care teams and family partners to meet patient needs
• Follow communication protocols like SBAR to ensure safe transitions of care

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited RN program
• Current Nevada nursing license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least one year of experience in an acute care setting
