Registered Nurse - Full Time Days

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical/Telemetry Unit, providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care in an acute care hospital environment. Responsibilities Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients and families.Develop and implement individualized care plans integrating diagnosis and co-morbidities.Coordinate interdisciplinary care, setting goals, treatment, and discharge plans.Perform hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs.Collaborate with care partners to meet educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.Follow communication best practices, including SBAR, to ensure safe handoffs and transitions. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited RN program and hold a current Nevada nursing license.Must have BLS and ACLS certifications.Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting.Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills, with a focus on service excellence.
